Job Description
Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of roles. This position is key to helping us scale by identifying the best candidates who align with our values, culture, and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
- Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
